Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Money Back Guarantee provided by PrintPro (‘The Company’) is applicable only to projects for which the client has paid the full invoice amount upfront at the time of initiating the project.

Guarantee Period

The Guarantee is valid for a period of 5 days from the date of project completion as determined by PrintPro.

Claims Process
  • To initiate a claim under this Guarantee, the client must contact the company’s customer support team within the Guarantee period, providing details of the project and the reasonsfor requesting a refund.

  • The client may contact customer support via email at sales@printpro.co.tz or by phone at +255 757 100 800. It is the client’s responsibility to retain any relevant project documentation for reference.

Refund Criteria
  • The Guarantee covers situations where the client is dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered project or believes that the Company has failed to meet the agreed upon project specifications.

  • PrintPro will evaluate each claim on a case by case basis to determine eligibility for a refund. Eligibility is contingent on the PrintPro’s assessment that the client’s concerns are valid and the project does not meet the agreed upon specifications.

Exclusions

The Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Projects for which the client has not paid the full invoice amount upfront.

  • Projects where the client has made changes or modifications to the project specifications after the initial agreement, without prior written approval from the Company.

  • Projects that have been altered or damaged after completion, not due to Company error or negligence.

Refund Process
  • If refund is approved, the Company will refund the full invoiced amount to the client via the original payment method used for the project. The client should allow up to 60 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • The Company reserves the right to issue the refund in the form of a credit towards future services at the client’s request.

Decision Finality

PrintPro’s decision regarding the eligibility of a claim and the approval or denial of a refund is final. The client agrees to abide by the company’s decision.

Termination of Guarantee

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Money Back Guarantee at its full discretion. In such cases, the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the project initiation will apply to eligible projects.
